The Annual Consumer Service Plan is designed for hearing customers who wish to connect via videophone to their deaf and hard of hearing friends, relatives and associates. (If you are deaf or hard of hearing, you may qualify for a reduced price videophone and service plan - please contact ZVRS directly at www.zvrs.com or 1-866-932-7891 to find out how.)
The Annual Consumer Service Plan makes it possible for you to connect directly with other Z-videophone users or to connect to the ZVRS service if needed. The ZVRS Service is a video relay service for deaf and hard of hearing users. The Annual Consumer Service Plan is good for a full year at the discounted rate shown, giving you unlimited access to the network via your high-speed internet connection. You must have a high-speed internet connection to use this service plan.
Once you have purchased a Service Plan, you will receive a 10-digit phone number that can be used by others to call you on your new Z-videophone. You will also need to use this 10-digit number to register with the ZVRS service if you expect to have a deaf or hard of hearing person use your Z-videophone.
Once begun, your service will continue uninterrupted for a full year and then will renew automatically without disruption. Your credit card will be automatically billed annually at the rate shown.
