The Annual Consumer Service Plan is designed for hearing customers who wish to connect via videophone to their deaf and hard of hearing friends, relatives and associates. The Annual Consumer Service Plan makes it possible for you to connect directly with other Z-videophone users or to connect to the ZVRS service if needed. The ZVRS Service is a video relay service for deaf and hard of hearing users. The Annual Consumer Service Plan is good for a full year at the discounted rate shown, giving you unlimited access to the network via your high-speed internet connection. You must have a high-speed internet connection to use this service plan.
Once you have purchased a Service Plan, you will receive a 10-digit phone number that can be used by others to call you on your new Z-videophone. You will also need to use this 10-digit number to register with the ZVRS service if you expect to have a deaf or hard of hearing person use your Z-videophone.
Once begun, your service will continue uninterrupted for a full year and then will renew automatically without disruption. Your credit card will be automatically billed annually at the rate shown. If you wish to terminate your Annual Consumer Service Plan, please see the details under the "Extended Information" tab.
The Annual Consumer Service Plan will be billed once at inception and then again each year
on the anniversary date unless you cancel the service. The Annual
Consumer Service Plan provides exactly the same service as the Monthly
Consumer Service Plan, but at a reduced rate because it is paid
up-front rather than month-to-month.
Termination. Once started, your
Annual Consumer Service Plan will continue uninterrupted unless you notify us in writing
that you wish to terminate the service. We require a 60-day termination
period, so if you notify us that you wish to terminate the service greater than 60-days prior to the end of your annual term, your credit card will be refunded
for the difference between what you paid for the annual service and the cost of
a Monthly Business Service Plan for the months you used the service, plus the
monthly cost of the service for the 60-day termination period. During the 60-day termination period, your service will continue to be available to
you. Following the 60-day termination period, your service will be
discontinued and you will not be billed again.
