Videophones available through The ZStore are intended for hearing customers who wish to speak to others who have Z-branded videophones. If you are deaf or hard of hearing, please contact The Z™ by calling help.zvrs.tv or 866.932.7891 to purchase your videophone at a discount.

For hearing customers, the FCC does not allow your videophone number to be published in the national database. Therefore, your Z videophone will only connect to other Z-340, Z-Ojo, Z-150, and Z4 videophones using your 10-digit number. You can, however, connect directly to other videophones using your IP address.
