The Consumer Annual Service Plan Renewal allows a current subscriber to an annual consumer videophone service to renew their service contract. Just click on, "Add to cart."
If you do not currently have a Z videophone and active service plan, you must purchase a videophone first. If you place an order for a renewal without an active Service Plan in place, your order will be canceled and your credit card will be credited within 30 days.
Once you have purchased the renewal, you will be able to continue using your 10-digit videophone number as always. If you wish to change your subscription, you may do so without having to change your videophone number. Your credit card will be automatically billed each year at the rate shown. Once renewed, your videophone Service Plan will continue uninterrupted. If you wish to terminate your videophone Service Plan, please see the details under the "Extended Information" tab.
Your videophone Service Plan will be billed once monthly or annually (depending on which plan you select) unless or until you cancel the service.
Termination. Once started, your videophone Service Plan will continue uninterrupted unless you notify us
in writing that you wish to terminate the service. We require a 60-day termination
period for the service, so upon notification that you wish to terminate the service, your
credit card will be billed two additional months and your service and 10-digit number will be
available to you through this 60-day termination period. Following the 60-day termination period, your
service will be discontinued and you will not be billed again.
